Landseair Developments were commissioned to renovate a property on Stone Street where the client had been struggling with long-term damp issues and significant heat loss.
Stripped Back and Rebuilt for Comfort
The first stage of the project involved fully waterproofing the property. We used Newton waterproofing products to create a dry, protected structure that will stand the test of time. We completely stripped out the interior and installed new insulation throughout. The previous lack of thermal protection meant the property was difficult to heat and maintain. Our work ensured year-round comfort and energy efficiency.
Bright New Living Space with Character
We added a conservatory extension to increase floor space and bring in more natural light. New window openings were added to complement the layout and improve ventilation. The extension features cedar cladding and a zinc roof, creating a bold contrast to the rendered finish on the opposite side of the property.

The project included high-end joinery, tailored to fit the space and style of the home. We also installed a custom lighting and speaker system to give the client a modern, functional living environment.
